摘要
目的分析对无抽搐电休克治疗的抑郁症患者实施优质护理的临床效果和应用价值。方法选择我院于2019年1月至2020年11月收治的400例患者按照护理方法的不同,分为对照组(200例,使用常规方法护理)和观察组(200例,实施优质护理)。对两组患者在护理完成后的效果进行收集和分析。结果两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果,但观察组SDS抑郁评分、SAS焦虑评分均明显低于对照组,药物不良反应情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对无抽搐电休克治疗的抑郁症患者实施临床治疗时,通过优质护理可取得明显更佳的效果,可显著改善患者在接受治疗时的心理状态,有较高应用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and application value of high-quality nursing for depression patients without convulsive electroconvulsive therapy.Methods According to different nursing methods,400 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to November 2020 were divided into two groups:control group(200 cases,using conventional nursing)and observation group(200 cases,implementing quality nursing).To collect and analyze the effect of two groups of patients after nursing.Results Two groups of patients after receiving care have achieved some results,but the SDS depression score and SAS anxiety score of the observation group are significantly lower than the control group,the adverse drug reactions are better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with depression without convulsive electroconvulsive therapy,through high-quality nursing can achieve significantly better results,can significantly improve the psychological state of patients in the treatment,has high application value.
