摘要 《义务教育英语课程标准(2022年版)》绘制了新时代中小学英语课程的全景育人蓝图,明确了课程目标、课程内容和学业评价的内涵及其相互之间的关系。课程标准中提出“教-学-评”一体化设计的评价理念,为破解考试评价难题提供了思路,也为将课程美好愿景转化为教学评协调一致的生动实践创造了条件。本文从日常教学评价和考试评价2个维度,探讨了如何构建与英语新课标相适应的新型学业评价机制,为发挥好考试评价在实施育人工程中的重要作用提供参考。 The English Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)has presented a panoramic whole-person education blueprint for China’s primary and secondary schools in the new era.The blueprint has clearly defined its curriculum objectives,curriculum content,and academic assessment and clarified the relationship among the three.The concept of integrating“teaching,learning and assessment”proposed by the new curriculum standards provides both guidelines and ideas for overcoming the barriers of high-stakes examination facing curriculum reform.It also creates conditions for transforming the blueprint into vivid educational practice.This paper discusses how to build a new academic assessment mechanism suitable for the new curriculum standards so as to give full play to the mechanism to ensure the successful implementation of quality-oriented education.
