摘要
针对胀管机在产品生产过程中扩口不到位和共振的问题,采用ANSYS Workbench对其扩口座进行有限元分析,利用Response Surface Optimization模块以最大变形为目标进行多变量响应面优化。扩口座最大变形为0.28926 mm,最大应力为30.056 MPa;灵敏度分析显示扩口座横边厚P_(2)、高度P_(3)、底板厚P_(5)对最大变形影响较大,P_(2)、P_(3)、P_(5)与其呈线性关系,随着P_(2)、P_(3)、P_(5)增大,最大变形量逐渐减小;优化后最大变形为0.19208 mm,同比减小33.60%;最大应力为20.727 MPa,同比减小31.04%;对优化后的模型进行模态分析,其最小频率为95.207 Hz,而胀管机电机频率在68.33 Hz以下,避免了共振现象的发生。
Aiming at the problems of insufficient flaring and resonance in the production process of the tube expander,finite element analysis of its flaring seat is carried out using ANSYS Workbench.The Response Surface Optimization module is used to optimize the multivariate response surface with the maximum deformation as the goal.The results show that the maximum deformation of the flared seat is 0.28926 mm,and the maximum stress is 30.056 MPa;the sensitivity analysis shows that the thickness of transverse side of the flared seat is P_(2),the height P_(3),and the thickness of the bottom plate P_(5).It has a great influence on the maximum deformation,and P_(2),P_(3) and P_(5) have a linear relationship with it.With the increase of P_(2),P_(3) and P_(5),the maximum deformation gradually decreases;after optimization,the maximum deformation is 0.19208 mm,33.60%down in year;the maximum stress It is 20.727 MPa,31.04%downin year;the modal analysis shows that the minimum frequency is 95.207 Hz,while the motor frequency of the expander is below 68.33 Hz,avoiding the occurrence of resonance.
