摘要
在供暖系统中,翅片管式换热器是最重要的换热设备之一,它还被广泛应用于动力、空调、化工等行业。翅片管能够扩展散热面积和促进流速,增强换热性能,提高换热效率。为了降低能耗,提高换热设备的换热性能,很多研究者在提高翅片管式换热器的换热性能方面做过大量的研究。从换热器的主要元件——翅片管的材料、工艺及结构这三个方面,梳理翅片管式换热器的研究发展历程。
In the heating system, finned tube heat exchanger is one of the most important heat exchange equipment.It is also widely used in power, air conditioning, chemical industry and other industries.Finned tubes can expand the heat dissipation area and promote the flow rate, enhance the heat transfer performance and improve the heat transfer efficiency.In order to reduce energy consumption and improve the heat exchange performance of heat exchange equipment, researchers have done a lot of research on improving the heat exchange performance of finned tube heat exchangers.This paper describes the research and development history of finned tube heat exchanger from three aspects: material, technology and structure of finned tube, which is the main component of heat exchanger.
