摘要
针对1mm以下薄板的连接和搅拌摩擦设备的轻量化,设计了轻量化搅拌摩擦连接设备。为验证横梁结构设计的合理性,分析了现实工作条件下横梁的静态和动态特性,从总变形量、应力应变及固有频率等分析结果判断其可靠性与正确性。提出了基于灵敏度分析与最佳填充空间设计方法对横梁进行优化设计。通过灵敏度分析,确定了各尺寸对横梁性能影响的程度关系,并基于响应面模型对横梁进行多目标优化设计,结果表明:横梁总变形量减少了1.47%,1阶固有频率增加了5.26%,质量减轻了13.5%。
For the connection of thin plates below 1mm and the lightweight of friction stir equipment, lightweight friction stir joining equipment is designed. To verify the rationality of the structural design of the beam, the static and dynamic characteristics of the beam under realistic operating conditions are analyzed, and its reliability and correctness are judged from the analysis results of total deformation, stress-strain and inherent frequency. The optimal design of the beam structure based on sensitivity analysis and optimal filling space design method is proposed. According to the sensitivity analysis of the design variables, the key dimensions that have a large impact on the crossbeam performance are selected, and the response surface model is constructed and the crossbeam is optimally designed with multiple objectives. The results show that the total deformation of the crossbeam is reduced by 1.47%;the first-order inherent frequency is increased by 5.26%, and the mass is reduced by 13.5%.
