习近平法治思想立足于中华大地,坚持走中国特色社会主义法治道路,对待中华优秀传统法律文化采取历史唯物主义和辩证唯物主义的立场,客观分析了法治中国建设背后的历史文化逻辑,从正反两个方面深刻回答了如何推动中华优秀传统法律文化的创造性转化和创新性发展。习近平法治思想是创造性转化和创新性发展中华传统优秀法律文化的典范。习近平法治思想中关于“创新性转化和创新性发展”的理论为我国法律继承和创新性发展指明了方向,有助于夯实法治中国道路的历史根基。
