摘要
习近平法治思想是顺应实现中华民族伟大复兴时代要求应运而生的重大理论创新成果,是马克思主义法治理论中国化最新成果。中国共产党在以马克思主义基本原理指导中国革命、建设和改革开放的过程中,不断推进马克思主义中国化。马克思主义法治理论中国化与马克思主义中国化紧密相联,是马克思主义中国化的重要组成部分。在马克思主义中国化的过程中,实现了三次历史性飞跃,形成了中国化马克思主义的三大理论成果。与此相对应,马克思主义法治理论中国化也实现了三次历史性飞跃,习近平法治思想就发展于中国特色社会主义法治理论的三次历史性飞跃中,三次历史性飞跃的理论成果在发展历程和理论逻辑上是一脉相承的。
Xi Jinping’s thought of the rule of law is a major theoretical innovation achievement that conforms to the requirements of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and is the latest achievement of the sinicization of Marxist theory of the rule of law.In the course of guiding China’s revolution,construction,reform and opening up with the basic principles of Marxism,the Communist Party of China has continuously promoted the sinicization of Marxism.The sinicization of marxist rule of law theory is closely related to the sinicization of marxism,which is an important part of the sinicization of marxism.In the process of sinicization of marxism,three historical leaps have been realized and three theoretical achievements of sinicization of marxism have been formed.Correspondently,the sinicization of Marxist rule of law theory has also achieved three historical leaps.Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law has developed in the three historical leaps of the socialist rule of law theory with Chinese characteristics,and the theoretical achievements of the three historical leaps are in the same line in the development process and theoretical logic.
