摘要
以复方苍术挥发油提取率为指标,用单因素实验考察加水量、浸泡时间和提取时间对该指标的影响,采用正交试验进行优化,制备复方苍术挥发油,并分析其对大肠埃希氏菌、白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌生长曲线的影响。结果表明:最优工艺条件为加10倍量的水、浸泡30min、回流提取6h,此条件下,挥发油提取率平均值为0.654%,该提取工艺条件重现性较好,复方苍术挥发油提取率相对较高;复方苍术挥发油能改变供试菌菌悬液的生长曲线,抑制其生长繁殖,且对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的作用优于白色念珠菌。
The effects of water addition, soaking time and extraction time on the extraction rate of volatile oil from compound Rhizoma Atractylodis were investigated by single factor experiment,and optimized by orthogonal experiment.To determine the effect of compound rhizome atractylodis volatile oil on the growth curve of Escherichia coli, Candida albicans and Staphylococcus aureus.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were 10 times the amount of water, soaking for 30 min, reflux extraction for 6 h. The extraction process conditions had good reproducibility and the extraction rate of volatile oil was relatively high.Volatile Oil from compound Rhizoma Atractylodis can change the growth curve of bacterial suspension, inhibit its growth and reproduction, and the antibacterial effect on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus is better than candida albicans.
