秦岭艾叶挥发油的提取工艺及微胶囊的制备研究 被引量:3

摘要 选用秦岭山区的新鲜艾叶为原材料,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取艾叶挥发油,以挥发油提取率为评价指标,通过正交试验优化了影响提取率的主要因素:液料比、浸泡时间、蒸馏时间。研究发现:最佳工艺参数是蒸馏时间4 h、液料比8∶1、浸泡时间8 h。最后以阿拉伯胶、麦芽糊精作为壁材,通过喷雾干燥法对艾叶挥发油进行包埋,可获得颗粒细小均匀、表面光滑的微胶囊。经过微胶囊化,可大大提高艾叶挥发油的稳定性,也为其运输保藏提供理论基础。 In this paper,the volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation from the fresh leaves of Qinling Mountains. The effects of the ratio of liquid to material,soaking time and distillation time were discussed by analyzing the extraction rate as the index. The results showed that the optimum condition was as fellows: distillation time was 4 h,liquid to material ratio was 8 ∶ 1,and soaking time was 8 h. Finally,the volatile oil of the leaves was embedded by the spray drying with the Arabian gum and maltodextrin as the wall material. The microcapsules were smooth and uniform in size. After microencapsulation,can greatly improve the stability of volatile oil leaves,but also for the leaves of volatile oil transport to provide a theoretical basis.
