多元统计方法初步分析陕西产艾叶中挥发性成分特征 被引量:1

Analysis of Characteristic Volatile Components in Folium Artemisiae Argyi from Shaanxi Province Based on Multivariate Statistical Methods

摘要 目的:分析陕西产艾叶中挥发性成分的特征。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法分析蕲春及陕西产21批艾叶样本中挥发性成分;以挥发性共有峰为样本特征,分别进行基于样本的聚类分析、基于产地分组的主成分分析、偏最小二乘判别分析和基于化学成分的主成分分析;结果:初步鉴定出蕲春及陕西产艾叶样本中13个共有的挥发性成分;聚类分析结果发现蕲春与陕西产艾叶大部分样本可聚为一类;基于产地分组的主成分分析、偏最小二乘判别分析发现蕲春与陕西产艾叶样本13个挥发性成分的整体特征相近,无明显分簇;基于化学成分的主成分分析发现,陕西产艾叶样本中α-松油醇、桉油精、α-石竹烯、葎草烯、氧化石竹烯、α-蒎烯、龙脑、侧柏酮、薄荷醇、丁香酚可代表整体的87.09%特征,为主要的活性成分。结论:陕西产艾叶与蕲春产艾叶在13个挥发性共有成分特征没有明显差异;陕西产艾叶挥发性成分的主要特征成分有α-松油醇、桉油精、α-石竹烯、葎草烯、氧化石竹烯、α-蒎烯、侧柏酮、薄荷醇、丁香酚、龙脑等。 Objective:To analyze the characteristics of volatile components in Folium Artemisiae Argyi from Shaanxi Province.Methods:Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was carried out to identify the volatile components in 21 batches of Folium Artemisiae Argyi from Shaanxi Province and Qichun City.Clustering analysis,principal component analysis,and partial least squares-discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)were performed to sort the samples from Shaanxi Province and Qichun City.In the end,PLS-DA was used again to screen the main active components of Folium Artemisiae Argyi.Results:Thirteen common active components between Folium Artemisiae Argyi from Shaanxi Province and Qichun City were preliminary identified.Clustering analysis showed that samples from Qichun City and most samples from Shaanxi Province were in the same clade.Principal component analysis and PLS-DA results both indicated similar overall characteristics of the 13 volatiles.Principal component analysis of the common components suggested that eucalyptol,α-caryophyllene,humuleno,caryophyllene oxide,α-pinene,longum,thujone,menthol,eugenol,andα-terpineol may explain the 87.09%of the variance of Folium Artemisiae Argyi from Shaanxi Province.Conclusion:There were no significant differences in overall characteristics of the thirteen common volatile components in Folium Artemisiae Argyi from Shaanxi Province and Qichun City and the characteristic volatile components in Folium Artemisiae Argyi from Shaanxi Province were eucalyptol,α-caryophyllene,humuleno,caryophyllene oxide,α-pinene,longum,thujone,menthol,eugenol,andα-terpineol.
