摘要
近年,我国加快了人工智能推进教师队伍建设,将人工智能在教育领域中的应用推向新的高度。智能时代我国教师队伍建设取得了历史性成就,但是教师队伍建设也面临着诸多现实困境和新诉求。重复性、低附加值的体力劳动容易被人工智能取代,脑力劳动和情绪劳动被人工智能取代存在较大难度,创造性、高附加值的创新劳动最难被人工智能取代。人工智能具有孕育教师队伍建设的智能文化、重新塑造教师角色、延伸和扩展人类的本质力量等三方面的潜能。人工智能助推教师队伍建设具有三重境界:人工智能辅助教师、人工智能作为教师、人工智能作为创新型教师。人工智能助推教师队伍建设主要有智能教育环境建设、智能教育素养培训、赋能教师智能评价、赋能减负增效和赋能人机共教共育等五大应用场域。
In recent years, China has accelerated the construction of teaching staff with artificial intelligence,and pushed the application of artificial intelligence in the field of education to a new height.Although the construction of teaching staff in China has made historic achievements in the era of intelligence,the construction of teaching staff is also facing many practical difficulties and new demands.Repetitive and low value-added manual labor is easy to be replaced by artificial intelligence,mental labor and emotional labor are difficult to be replaced by artificial intelligence,and innovative labor with creativity and high value-added is the most difficult to be replaced by artificial intelligence.Artificial intelligence has the potential of nurturing the intelligent culture of teaching staff construction,reshaping the role of teachers, and extending and expanding the essential power of mankind. Artificial intelligence promotes the construction of teaching staff with three levels:Artificial Intelligence Assisted Teachers(AIAT),Artificial Intelligence as Teachers(AIaT) and Artificial Intelligence as Innovative Teachers(AIaIT).Artificial intelligence promotes the construction of teaching staff,which mainly includes five application fields:construction of intelligent education environment,training of intelligent education literacy,teacher intelligence evaluation, load reduction and efficiency increase,human-machine co-teaching and co-education enabled by artificial intelligence.
