摘要
目的 探讨中学生感知压力和网络成瘾的关系及其影响机制。方法 采用感知压力量表、网络成瘾量表、心理弹性量表和羞耻感量表,对合肥市5所中学的7 049名在读学生进行调查。结果 中学生感知压力与网络成瘾和羞耻感呈正相关,与心理弹性呈负相关;感知压力能直接预测个体的网络成瘾,并且可以通过3条路径直接影响个体网络成瘾:羞耻感的中介作用,心理弹性的中介作用,羞耻感和心理弹性的链式中介作用。结论 感知压力可以通过羞耻感和心理弹性影响个体的网络成瘾,且可以通过降低羞耻感和增强心理弹性来降低个体的网络成瘾。
Objective To explore the relationship between perceived stress and Internet addiction among middle school students and its influencing mechanism. Methods A total of 7 049 students from five middle schools in Hefei were investigated with perceived stress scale, Internet addiction scale, psychological resilience scale, and shame scale. Results Middle school students’ perceived stress was positively correlated with Internet addiction and shame, while negatively correlated with psychological elasticity. Perceived stress could directly predict individual Internet addiction, and could directly affect individual Internet addiction through three paths: the intermediary of shame, the intermediary of psychological elasticity, and the chain intermediary of shame and psychological elasticity. Conclusion Perceived stress can affect individuals’ Internet addiction through resilience and shame, and can reduce individuals’ Internet addiction by reducing shame and enhancing psychological resilience.
