摘要
针对天然气输配场站球阀的结构、特点进行分析,从球阀的阀体结构、密封系统与注脂系统入手,总结球阀在操作中出现的故障,分析故障的原因及处理的方法,在此基础上正确掌握球阀的操作与维护保养。
Based on the analysis of the structure and characteristics of the ball valve in the natural gas transmission and distribution station,starting from the valve body structure,sealing system and grease injection system of the ball valve,the failures of the ball valve in operation are summarized,and the causes and treatment methods of the failures are analyzed.On this basis,correctly grasp the operation and maintenance of the ball valve.
