摘要
球阀蜗轮箱进水易导致涡轮机构部件锈蚀,引起阀门开关困难,甚至在操作中造成设备损坏,极大地威胁了天然气管道输送安全。本文基于数据统计,在归纳总结导致现场球阀蜗轮箱进水主要问题的基础上,有针对性地提出球阀蜗轮箱防水措施,并进行实际应用。结果发现,采用球阀蜗轮箱防水措施可大幅降低阀门进水率,提高设备保养效率,节省维保耗材,在保障设备安全地同时,具有一定的经济效益。
Water ingress into the worm gear box of the ball valve can easily lead to corrosion of Turbomachinery parts,making it difficult to open and close the valve,and even causing equipment damage during operation,which greatly threatens the safety of natural gas pipeline transmission.Based on data statistics,this article summarized the main problems that caused water ingress into the on-site ball valve and worm gear box,and proposed targeted waterproof measures for the ball valve and worm gear box,and conducted practical applications.The results showed that using waterproof measures for ball valve and worm gear boxes could significantly reduce valve water inflow,improved equipment maintenance efficiency,saved maintenance consumables,and had certain economic benefits while ensuring equipment safety.
