摘要
结合徐州工业职业技术学院推动产教融合从理念走向落地的实际举措,介绍了“产业学院、育人团队、育人载体、教学资源”四共建的方法,剖析了“教师发展与大师养成、学生培养与技师塑造、专业设置与产业发展、课程体系与职业标准、教学内容与技能竞赛”五融合的方式,实现了“三转变、四提升”现代学徒制的育人成效,为高职院校现代学徒制的探索和实践提供了理论支撑和经验借鉴。
Combined with the practical measures taken by Xuzhou Institute of industry and technology to promote the integration of industry and education from concept to implementation,this paper introduces the four co construction methods of"industrial college,education team,education carrier and teaching resources".This paper analyzes the five integration methods of"teacher development and master cultivation,student training and technician shaping,specialty setting and industrial development,curriculum system and professional standards,teaching content and skill competition",realizes the educational effect of"three changes and four improvements"modern apprenticeship,and provides theoretical support and experience reference for the exploration and practice of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges.
