摘要
教师专业化从20世纪60年代已经被提及,彼时教科文组织认为教师工作是一种专门职业,具有专业性,而且关乎育人大计,必须要经过专业的学习,而且要坚持终身学习才能满足教师这一职业提出的能力要求。本文对高职院校教师培训现状展开分析,认为目前培训存在形式化、培训频率不够、资金短缺、校企联合培训差、培训内容欠缺等问题。在对策上主要是实现专业化培训,能够有效破解以上问题。文中着重介绍了专业化培训的流程,希望对高职院校教师培训具有借鉴意义。
Teacher professionalization has been mentioned since the 1960 s. At that time, UNESCO believed that teacher work is a special profession, professional and related to the overall plan of education. It must go through professional learning and adhere to lifelong learning in order to meet the ability requirements of the profession of teachers. This paper analyzes the current situation of teacher training in higher vocational colleges, and holds that there are some problems in the current training, such as formalization, insufficient training frequency, shortage of funds, poor joint training between schools and enterprises, lack of training content and so on. The countermeasures are mainly to realize professional training, which can effectively solve the above problems. This paper focuses on the process of professional training, hoping to have reference significance for teachers’ training in higher vocational colleges.
