摘要
随着"创新型国家"战略的推进,创新创业人才培养逐步成为高职院校人才培养工作的重点,大学生就业指导是高职人才培养的"最后一公里"。高职辅导员作为大学生的最直接的教育者与培养者,开展就业指导工作是其本职工作之一。然而,传统的高职辅导员就业指导模式已无法适应"双创"时代人才培养的要求,因此,针对"双创"背景剖析高职辅导员就业指导工作存在的问题,探索就业指导工作创新的路径,为高职"双创"人才的培养提供支持。
With the promotion of the innovative country strategy,the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents has gradually become the focus of talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges.College students’employment guidance is the“last kilometer”of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.As educators and trainers of college students,vocational counselors’employment guidance is one of their own jobs.However,the traditional vocational counselors’employment guidance model can no longer meet the requirements of talent training in the era of entrepreneurship and innovation.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the problems existing in vocational counselors’Employment guidance based on the background of entrepreneurship and innovation,and explore the innovative path of employment guidance and provide support for the cultivation of mass entrepreneurship and innovation talents in higher vocational colleges.
