摘要
中国特色社会主义已进入新时代,面对不断变化的社会环境,高校教育也应积极探索新方式,高校辅导员在理解党的指导思想的同时,还应将习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想转化为高校思想政治教育的实践。高校学生就业关乎教育发展、社会稳定,作为思政教育一线工作者的辅导员,唯有擢升就业指导水平,才能更好地加强就业指导,促进就业增长和经济增加良性循环。可以通过强化学生思想道德建设,坚定政治理想信念;扎实开展日常工作,精准推进就业指导;坚持以生为本,构建就业指导服务体系;以毕业生为核心,加强毕业生就业信息指导;强化校企合作教学模式,合力构建育人平台;提升辅导员自身素质,树立全程就业指导意识等途径更好地将新思想融入高校辅导员就业指导工作中。
Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Faced with the changing social environment,college education should actively explore new ways.While understanding the Party’s guiding ideology,college counselors should also transform Xi Jinping’s socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics into the practice of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.College students’employment is related to the development of education and social stability.As a counselor of ideological and political education front-line workers,only by promoting the level of employment guidance can we better strengthen employment guidance and promote employment growth and economic growth in a virtuous circle.We can strengthen the ideological and moral construction of students,strengthen political ideals and beliefs;carry out daily work to promote employment guidance accurately;adhere to student-oriented,build employment guidance service system;take graduates as the core,strengthen employment information guidance for graduates;strengthen school-enterprise cooperation teaching mode,and work together to build a platform for educating people;improve the quality of counselors themselves,establish the whole process of employment guidance consciousness and other ways to better integrate the new ideas into the employment guidance work of college counselors.
