摘要
高校的育人模式需要可持续发展,改革人才培养模式,是高校的必然选择。高校育人模式主要有校企合作、工学交替、产教融合、现代学徒制。现有育人模式存在不足:学企价值理念不统一、主体与合作形式不全面、学校供给与企业所需不一致、家庭作用发挥不充分。协同育人创新模式为政府政策为主导、教学管理全覆盖、合作运行新方式、文化取向相融合。
The education mode of colleges and universities needs sustainable development. Reforming the talent training mode is the inevitable choice of colleges and universities. The educational modes of colleges and universities mainly include school enterprise cooperation, work study alternation, production education integration and modern apprenticeship. The existing education model has deficiencies: the value concept of schools and enterprises is not unified, the main body and cooperation form are not comprehensive, the supply of schools is inconsistent with the needs of enterprises, and the role of families is not fully played. The innovative mode of collaborative education is the integration of government policies, full coverage of teaching management, new ways of cooperative operation and cultural orientation.
