摘要
以新工科应用型人才培养为导向,积极探索构建多方协同育人体系,是地方应用型高校面临的重要课题。该文以烟台理工学院探索和实践基于“学校+院所+企业”深度融合的新工科多方协同育人模式为例,深化校、所、企合作育人、合作就业、合作发展,形成多元主体有效协同、社会深度参与人才培养的机制和模式,不断培养高质量的以职业胜任力导向的应用型人才。对于地方高校新工科应用型人才培养,具有参考意义及推广应用价值。
It is an important task for Local Application-oriented private colleges and universities to actively explore the construction of multi-party collaborative education system guided by the cultivation of application-oriented talents of new engineering.This paper takes Yantai Institute of technology as an example to explore and practice the multi-party collaborative education mode of new engineering based on the deep integration of"school+Institute+enterprise",deepen the cooperation of school,Institute and enterprise in education,employment and development,form the mechanism and mode of multi subject effective cooperation and social deep participation in talent training,and continuously cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents with professional competence.It has reference significance and application value for the training of new engineering applied talents in local private colleges.
