摘要
应用型本科高校构建基于产教融合基础上的人才培养模式有其特殊性,须探索其基本运行规律,构建良好的生态系统。文章分析了应用型本科高校产教融合人才培养生态系统的内涵、特点,构建了生态系统模型,分为教育教学、运行机制、支持保障三个生态子系统。同时,由于生态系统内部各要素间耦合度不高、各机制过程化运行不畅、内外部环境承载力不足等结构性矛盾,给其生态系统稳定性造成诸多困境。基于此,提出了应用型本科高校产教融合人才培养生态系统实现路径。
The talent training mode based on the integration of industry and education in application-oriented universities has its own particularity,and it is necessary to explore its basic operation rules and build a good ecosystem.This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the talent training ecosystem of the integration of industry and education in application-oriented universities,and builds an ecosystem model,which is divided into three ecological subsystems:education and teaching,operation mechanism,and support and guarantee.At the same time,due to structural contradictions such as the low coupling degree of each element within the ecosystem,the poor procedural operation of each mechanism,and the insufficient carrying capacity of the internal and external environments,many difficulties have been caused to the stability of the ecosystem.Based on this,this paper puts forward the path to realize the talent cultivation ecosystem of the integration of industry and education in application-oriented universities.
