摘要
目的探讨儿童期受虐待大学生危险行为的特点及其形成机制。方法采用分层整群抽样法选取3所高校2371名大学生,使用儿童期虐待史自评量表(PRCA)、青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)、简式大五人格问卷(NEOFFI-R)、健康危险行为调查问卷等进行现场测评,率的比较采用卡方检验,采用Amos 7.0软件构建结构方程模型。结果929名儿童期受虐待大学生的危险行为总发生率为92.2%,高于1442名无儿童期受虐待者的89.3%(χ^(2)=5.622,P=0.018),其中熬夜(30.2%vs 20.0%)、有害物质使用(23.6%vs 15.3%)、自杀自伤意向(12.2%vs 5.6%)发生率差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=32.228、25.905、32.230,P<0.001)。结构方程模型显示,儿童期虐待对人格、焦虑抑郁、生活事件有直接影响(β=0.335、0.142、0.273,P<0.001),而对危险行为无直接影响(P>0.05);人格、焦虑抑郁对危险行为有直接影响(β=-0.615、0.609,P<0.001);人格对生活事件、焦虑抑郁有直接影响(β=0.453、0.742,P<0.001);生活事件对焦虑抑郁有直接影响(β=0.107,P=0.004),而对危险行为无直接影响(P>0.05)。结论人格特质、应激压力、焦虑抑郁作为中介变量,调节着儿童期虐待对大学生危险行为的影响效应,对大学生的危险行为进行干预时需注意儿童期受虐待经历的不良影响,减轻应激压力,舒缓焦虑抑郁情绪,重塑人格特征。
Objective To explore the characteristics and formation mechanism of risk behaviors of abused college students in childhood.Methods A total of 2,371 college students from 3 colleges and universities were selected by stratified cluster sampling method.They were assessed on the spot by using the Personal Report of Childhood Abuse(PRCA),Adolescent SelfRating Life Events Checklist(ASLEC),NEOFive Factor Inventoryshort form(NEOFFIR),health risk behavior questionnaire,etc.A Chisquare test was used to compare the rates,and Amos 7.0 software was used to construct the structural equation model.Results The total incidence of risk behaviors among 929 college students who were abused in childhood was 92.2%,which was higher than 89.3%among 1,442 students who were not abused in childhood(χ^(2)=5.622,P=0.018),among which the incidence of staying up late(30.2%vs 20.0%),harmful substance use(23.6%vs 15.3%),suicide and selfinjury intention(12.2%vs 5.6%)were statistically significant(χ^(2)=32.228,25.905,32.230,P<0.001).The structural equation model showed that childhood abuse had direct effects on personality,anxietydepression and life events(β=0.335,0.142,0.273,P<0.001),but no direct effect on risk behaviors(P>0.05).Personality and anxietydepression had a direct influence on risk behaviors(β=-0.615,0.609,P<0.001).Personality had direct effect on life events,anxietydepression(β=0.453,0.742,P<0.001).Life events had direct effects on anxietydepression(β=0.107,P=0.004)without direct effect on risk behaviors(P>0.05).Conclusions Personality traits,stress,and anxietydepression,as mediators,regulate the effect of childhood abuse on college students’risk behaviors.When intervening in college students’risk behaviors,we should pay attention to the adverse effects of childhood abuse,reducing stress,relieving anxiety and depression,and reshaping personality characteristics.
