摘要
珠江防汛“四预”平台是智慧水利“2+N”水利业务智能应用体系中先行建设的业务应用之一,是数字孪生珠江先行先试建设成功案例。结合“降雨-产流-汇流-演进”“流域-干流-支流-断面”“总量-洪峰-过程-调度”“技术-料物-队伍-组织”四个链条,从四情智能监控、多源多模型交互预报、分级分类预警、多尺度多要素预演、优化推荐调度预案等方面剖析探讨“四预”平台主要功能和关键技术,进一步阐述“四预”平台在实际防洪应用和系统建设中的经验成效。
The Pearl River flood control“four pre”platform is one of the applications of the intelligent water conservancy“2+N”water operation intelligent application system,which is a successful case of the digital twin Pearl River pilot construction.In combination with the four chains of“rainfall-generation-confluence-evolution”,“basin-mainstreamtributary-section”,“total amount-flood peak-process-scheduling”and“technology-material-team-organization”,the main functions and key technologies of the platform are analyzed and discussed,from the aspects of intelligent monitoring,multi-source and multi-model interactive forecasting,hierarchical and classified early warning,multi-scale and multi-factor rehearsal,optimization and recommendation of scheduling plans.Further discussions are made on the effectiveness of the platform in practices.
