摘要
人力资源管理属于饲料企业管理工作的重要组成部分,旨在有效利用人力资源来满足饲料企业当前及未来的发展需求。在信息时代,人力资源管理逐渐与信息技术相结合,进而有效提高人力资源管理工作的质量和效率。面对这一发展趋势,饲料企业要谋求人力资源管理模式的创新与变革,充分发挥“人”的主观能动性,达到“人尽其才,事得其人,人事相宜”的管理效果,以实现饲料企业的可持续发展。
Human resource management is an important part of feed enterprise management,which aims to effectively use human resources to meet the current and future development needs of feed enterprises.In the information age,human resource management is gradually combined with information technology,which improves the quality and efficiency of human resource management.In the face of this development trend,feed enterprises should seek the innovation and reform of human resource management mode,and achieve the management effect of"giving full play to the talents of people,making things suitable for people and personnel"by giving full play to the subjective initiative of"people",so as to realize the sustainable development of feed enterprises.
