摘要
企业人力资源管理作为管理人才的核心部门,需要通过对优秀人才的有效引进、对内部员工的能力培训和价值挖掘等过程,不断提升企业人员的工作积极性和工作环境的稳定性。“互联网+”背景下,饲料企业应以一种与时俱进的态势,对自身人力资源管理理念和方法进行实时更新。本文就“互联网+”对饲料企业人力资源管理的意义和影响,以及目前饲料企业人力资源管理中出现的问题进行客观分析,进而对“互联网+”背景下饲料企业人力资源管理创新机制进行深入剖析。
As the core department of management personnel,enterprise human resource management needs to improve the working enthusiasm of enterprise personnel and the stability of the working environment through the effective introduction of excellent talents,the ability training and value mining of internal staff.Under the background of“Internet+”,feed enterprises should update their human resource management concepts and methods in real time with a trend of advancing with the times.In this paper,the significance and influence of“Internet+”on human resource management of feed enterprises and the problems in human resource management of feed enterprises are objectively analyzed,and then the innovation mechanism of human resource management of feed enterprises under the background of“Internet+”is deeply analyzed.
