摘要
采用基于木桶原理和黄金分割法则的食品安全指数测度方法,对2018年我国城乡食品安全指数进行定量测度。结果表明:我国城市地区食品安全指数(IFSi为316)显著高于农村地区(IFSi为181);从问题食品种类来看,农村地区的“方便食品”问题较为严重;从主要危害物来源来看,城乡问题食品中“乱用添加剂”是主要危害物来源。我国食品安全形势仍然较为严峻,建议政府树立“补短板”的治理思维,建立食品安全风险防控预警机制,统筹城乡发展,消除区域发展不平衡等问题。
The food safety index measurement method based on barrel principle and golden section rule was used to quantitatively measure the food safety index in urban and rural areas of China in 2018.The results showed that the food safety index(IFS)in urban areas(IFSi=316)of China was significantly higher than that in rural areas(IFSi=181).From the point of view of the types of problem food,the problem of"convenient food"in rural areas was more serious.From the perspective of main source of hazards,the“misuse of additives”in urban and rural problem food was the main source of hazards.The situation of food safety in China was still serious.It was suggested that the government should set up the governance thinking of“reinforcing the weakness board”,establish the early warning mechanism of food safety risk prevention and control,coordinate the urban and rural development,and eliminate the imbalance of regional development.
