球壳开孔接管区的应力分析

摘要 球壳开孔接管区的应力较高而且分布状况比较复杂,因此,对球壳开孔接管区域应力分析极为关键。借助ANSYS Workbench平台,通过建立球壳开孔接管模型,获取应力分布云图,探讨了开孔率、厚度比以及不同受载情况对球壳开孔接管区应力分布的影响。结果表明,球壳开孔接管区应力云图可以分为2个区域;最大等效应力随开孔率r/R和载荷的增大而增大,随厚度比t/T的增大而减小;通过应力评定,最大应力处3条路径均能满足强度要求,不需要进行补强。所得结论对压力容器设计有一定的指导意义。 Stress distribution in nozzle area of spherical shell with openings is complex and high.Therefore,stress analysis in nozzle area of spherical shell with openings is very important.With the help of ANSYS Workbench platform,stress distribution nephogram is obtained by establishing nozzle model of spherical shell with openings.The effects of opening ratio,thickness ratio and different loading conditions on stress distribution in nozzle area of spherical shell with openings are discussed.The results show that stress nephogram can be divided into two regions;the maximum equivalent stress increases with the increase of opening ratio r/R and load,and decreases with the increase of thickness ratio t/T.Through stress assessment,three paths at the maximum stress can meet strength requirements and need not be reinforced.The conclusions obtained have certain guiding significance for the design of pressure vessels.
