摘要 为研究舰船制冷剂储罐在复杂工况下的可靠性,在进行抗冲击性能频域分析的基础上将设计模型代入相关动态冲击环境中计算,通过追踪某一节点时域信息的方法,进行瞬态分析。结果表明,无论是基于GJB 1060.1—91的DDAM分析还是以BV/0430作为冲击输入环境的研究结果,容器内壁对接的焊缝融合区均出现了应力最大值。 In order to study the reliability of ship refrigerant storage tanks under complex working conditions,the design model is brought into the relevant dynamic impact environment for calculation on the basis of the frequency domain analysis of impact resistance,and the transient analysis is carried out by tracking the time domain information of a certain node.The results show that whether it is the DDAM analysis based on GJB 1060.1—91 or the research results using BV/0430 as the impact input environment,the maximum stress is displayed in the weld fusion zone of the inner wall butt of the container.
