摘要
基于ANSYS软件,以疲劳容器炉渣输送罐为例,分别建立3个典型部位的有限元模型,对分析结果进行应力强度评定和疲劳分析,评定结果表明该设备应力强度和疲劳强度均合格。最后,给出提高压力容器疲劳寿命的若干措施。
Based on ANSYS software,this paper takes the fatigue vessel of slag transfer tank as an example,and establishes three typical parts of the finite element model,and performs stress intensity evaluation and fatigue analysis for the analysis results.The evaluation results show that the equipment has qualified stress and fatigue strength.Finally,several measures are given to improve the fatigue life of pressure vessels.
