摘要 打击濒危物种非法贸易是濒危物种保护和生物多样性保护的重要环节。我国作为《濒危野生动植物物种国际贸易公约》的缔约国,历来高度重视并严厉打击濒危物种及其制品非法交易。快速、准确的物种鉴别是打击濒危物种非法贸易的关键手段。本文综述了形态学鉴定、分子生物学鉴定和理化性质鉴定等现有的濒危物种常用鉴定技术,为濒危物种鉴定提供借鉴和参考。 Combating the illegal trade of endangered species is an important part in the protection of endangered species and biodiversity. As a contracting party to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, China has always attached great importance to combating illegal trade in endangered species and their products. Rapid and accurate species identification is a key tool in combating illegal trade in endangered species. Commonly used identification technologies including morphological identification, molecular biology identification and physicochemical property identification were reviewed, to provide references for endangered species identification.
