摘要
随着生物技术日臻完善,配子与胚胎的冷冻保存,尤其是与胚胎移植联合应用已成为濒危物种保护和种质资源保存的重要手段。野生猫科动物属于濒危物种,多数研究选择与其亲缘关系最近的家猫作为研究模型,从而对野生猫科动物加以保护。截至目前,家猫配子与胚胎冷冻保存及胚胎移植的相关研究取得了长足进步,但与其他物种相比仍有许多问题亟待解决。本文简要阐述了国内外有关家猫卵母细胞和胚胎的冷冻保存以及胚胎移植相关的研究进展和发展前景,为今后相关研究和技术开发奠定基础。
With the continuous improvement in biotechnology,the cryopreservation of gametes and embryos,especially in combination with embryo transfer,has become an important tool for the conservation of endangered species and germplasm resources.Wild felines are on the verge of extinction,in order to maintain biodiversity,domestic cats are always served as models for the development of assisted reproductive techniques transferable to the wild relatives.Up to now,research on gamete and embryo cryopreservation and embryo transfer in domestic cats has made great progress,but there are still many problems that need to be solved compared with other species.This paper briefly describes the recent progress and developmental prospects related to the cryopreservation of domestic cat oocytes and embryos as well as the embryo transfer techniques at home and abroad,aiming to lay the foundations for future research and technical development.
