摘要
利用丙烯酰胺(AM)和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为原料进行二元共聚,采用复合引发体系合成一种耐高温酸液稠化剂,通过单因素分析法确定最佳反应条件,对合成样品进行红外表征,并对其增黏性能、流变性能等进行评价。结果表明,最佳合成条件为DMC的质量分数15%、引发剂加量为0.4%、聚合温度50℃、聚合时间4 h。合成的稠化剂易溶于酸,增黏效果好,在160℃、170 s^(-1)条件下,质量分数0.8%的稠化剂溶于质量分数20%的盐酸中剪切60 min,黏度保持在30 mPa·s左右,具有较好的耐温性和耐剪切性;与缓蚀剂、铁离子稳定剂、黏土稳定剂等添加剂配伍性较好,形成的稠化酸体系可以有效提高酸液黏度,降低酸岩反应速率,提高酸刻蚀裂缝的穿透深度,为超深井酸压用工作液提供技术支撑。
Using acrylamide(AM)and methacryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride(DMC)as raw materials for binary copolymerization,a high-temperature acid thickener was synthesized by a composite initiation system.The optimal reaction conditions were determined by analytical methods,and the synthesized samples were characterized by infrared fields,and their viscosity-increasing properties and rheological properties were evaluated.The research results showed that the optimal synthesis conditions were as follows:the effective concentration of DMC was optimized to 15%,the optimum dosage of initiator was 0.4%,the polymerization temperature was 50℃,and the polymerization time was 4 h.The synthesized thickener was easily soluble in acid and had a good viscosity increasing effect.Under the conditions of 160℃and 170 s^(-1),the thickener with a mass fraction of 0.8%was dissolved in hydrochloric acid with a mass fraction of 20%,sheared for 60 min,and the viscosity was maintained at about 30 mPa·s,it had good temperature resistance and shear resistance,and had good compatibility with additives such as corrosion inhibitor,iron ion stabilizer,clay stabilizer,etc.The formed thickening acid system can effectively improve the acid solution viscosity,reduce the acid-rock reaction rate,increase the penetration depth of acid etching fractures,and provide technical support for the working fluid for ultra-deep well acid fracturing.
