摘要
四川盆地上震旦统灯影组四段白云岩气藏孔隙、溶洞、天然裂缝发育,储集空间以粒间溶孔、晶间溶孔和中小溶洞为主,储层类型多样,平均孔隙度3. 87%、平均渗透率0. 9 m D,整体属于特低孔-低孔、低渗储层,大斜度井或水平井+分段酸压改造是灯四气藏投产、建产的关键技术手段。首先,通过对前期酸压改造直井的地质和工程参数进行统计分析,明确影响酸压改造效果的地质主控因素及影响程度,形成储层品质的量化评价方法;其次,采用产能模拟方法,确立不同品质储层对酸蚀裂缝长度和导流能力的需求,结合酸蚀裂缝刻蚀形态和非均匀刻蚀程度量化分析、酸液滤失行为分析、转向酸和胶凝酸在不同品质储层的酸蚀蚓孔形态模拟分析,优选针对性改造工艺;再次,综合钻、录、测井成果,计算沿大斜度井、水平井井筒的储层品质剖面和破裂压力剖面,制定水平井精细化分段原则。形成了适合于震旦系灯四段气藏大斜度井、水平井的精细化分段和"一段一策"酸压改造技术,现场应用14口井,累计获得井口无阻流量1 640. 48×10~4m^3/d,平均单井无阻流量117. 21×10~4m^3/d,平均单井增产倍比达到3. 86。
Alveolate dissolved pores and caves,natural fissures are developed in the 4th Dengying formation of the upper Sinian dolomite,Sichuan Basin.The intergranular and intercrystalline dissolved pores,small and medium-sized caves are the major reservoir spaces,which diversify and complicate the formation categories.The Sinian dolomite is a typical ultra-low pore and permeable gas reservoir,with average porosity and permeability of 3.87%and 0.9 mD,respectively.The highly-deviated and horizontal wells,and staged acid fracturing are the pivotal technology for the exploitation.Firstly,the geological and engineering parameters of the acid fractured vertical wells were statistically analyzed to determine the dominant factors and their influence degrees on acid fracturing effects.A quantitative evaluation method of reservoir quality is established.Secondly,the requirements of acid etched fracture length and conductivity of different formations were gained with productivity simulation.Then,the pattern and heterogeneity degree of acid etched fracture,the acid leakoff behavior,and the propagation pattern of acid dissolved wormhole were analyzed and combined to optimize the specified acid fracture technical.Lastly,the reservoir quality and fracture pressure profile along the highly-deviated and horizontal wellbore were calculated with drilling and logging datum to formulate the elaborative staged principles.The elaborative and specified staged acid fracturing technology for the highly-deviated and horizontal wells of the Sinian 4th Dengying dolomite were implemented in 14 gas wells.The cumulative and the averaged single well open flow capacity was 1 640.48×10 4 m 3/d and 117.21×10 4 m 3/d.The stimulation effect is obvious with average stimulation fold of 3.86.
