摘要
本文阐述了酸化用缓蚀剂的作用机理以及性能评价方法,综述了当前国内外油田高温酸化缓蚀剂的研究现状。高温酸化缓蚀剂主要由缓蚀主剂、表面活性剂、缓蚀增效剂、有机溶剂等成分组成,耐温等级可以达到150℃以上。今后缓蚀剂发展方向主要是对缓蚀剂作用机理、复配协同机理的研究以及高效、低毒、环境友好型高温缓蚀剂。
The research advance, mechanism research and performance evaluation of corrosion inhibitors used in oilfield were summarized, especially for high-temperature acidizing.High-temperature acidification corrosion inhibitors consist mainly of corrosion inhibitor, surfactant, synergist and organic solvent. It can withstand temperatures in excess of 150 ℃. The mechanism,synergistic effect and environmental-friendly inhibitors of low-toxic, high-efficient are the direction of future research on corrosion inhibitors.
