摘要
KDW127/18B矿用浇封兼本安型直流稳压电源经过宽范围交流/直流(Alternating Current/Direct Current,AC/DC)变压器输出24 V直流电源,24 V直流电源经过交直流切换电路、隔离直流/直流(Direct Current/Direct Current,DC/DC)转换模块和安全栅之后输出2路18 V的本安直流电源。这两路直流本安电源均采用“ib”保护等级,可以为煤矿井下设备提供可靠的本安电源。此外,该电源还可以为备用锂电池组进行充电,当锂电池组充满电后,电路会自动切断电池组的充电回路。当外接交流电源断开时,电路会自动切换为备用锂电池组对外供电。
KDW127/18B mine sealed and intrinsically safe DC stabilized power supply outputs 24 V DC power supply through a wide range of alternating Direct Current/Direct Current(AC/DC)transformers,and the 24 V DC power supply outputs two 18 V intrinsically safe DC power supplies after passing through an AC/DC switching circuit,an isolated Dirot Curent/Dirct Currnt(DC/DC)conversion module and a safety barrier.These two paths of DC intrinsically safe power supplies adopt"ib"protection level,which can provide reliable intrinsically safe power supplies for underground coal mine equipment.In addition,the power supply can also charge the standby lithium battery pack.When the lithium battery pack is fully charged,the circuit will automatically cut off the charging circuit of the battery pack.When the external AC power supply is disconnected,the circuit will automatically switch to the standby lithium battery pack for external power supply.
