摘要
设计了一种与煤矿井下先导阀配套使用的本质安全型直流电磁铁的低功耗控制电路,采用延时电路控制电子开关的方法,实现了电磁铁的大电流启动和小电流保持。利用Multisim10.0仿真分析表明,该控制电路具有大电流吸合时间稳定、减小能耗、降低线圈温升的特点。
Based on delay circuit used to control electronic switch,we designed a low-power control circuit for intrinsically safe DC electromagnet,and achieved to start electromagnet with large current and maintain with small current.The simulation analysis with soft of Multisim10.0 shows that,the control circuit has characteristics of high pull-time stability,reducing energy consumption and reducing temperature of coil.
