摘要
目的分析过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿外周血血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、白细胞介素及B淋巴细胞的检测意义。方法抽取我院收治的47例HSP患儿为HSP组,47例过敏性紫癜肾炎(HSPN)患儿为HSPN组,另选取同期47名健康体检儿童为健康组。HSP组和HSPN组患儿开展3个月的雷公藤多苷片治疗;采集HSP组和HSPN组的外周血检测VEGF、白细胞介素及B淋巴细胞水平,并与健康组进行比较。结果治疗前,HSPN组的VEGF水平高于HSP组和健康组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,HSPN组和HSP组的VEGF水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,HSPN组的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平高于HSP组和健康组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,HSPN组和HSP组的IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,HSPN组的B淋巴细胞活化因子(BAFF)水平低于HSP组和健康组,健康组的增殖诱导配体(APRIL)水平低于HSPN组和HSP组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,HSP组和健康组的BAFF水平无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗前,HSPN组和HSP组的APRIL水平无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,HSPN组和HSP组的BAFF、APRIL水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论外周血VEGF、白细胞介素及B淋巴细胞均能作为HSP患儿的检测指标,各项指标的变化情况与肾脏受累程度相关,可为HSP及HSPN的诊疗提供依据,在检测患儿相关指标异常后可采取针对性治疗。
Objective To analyze the detection significance of peripheral blood vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),interleukin and B lymphocytes in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP).Methods Forty-seven children with HSP were selected as HSP group,47 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis(HSPN)were selected as HSPN group,and 47 healthy children with physical examination in the same period were selected as healthy group.Children in the HSP group and the HSPN group were treated with tripterygium glycosides tablets for 3 months;the levels of VEGF,interleukin and B lymphocytes in peripheral blood of the HSP group and the HSPN group were detected,and compared with the healthy group.Results Before treatment,the level of VEGF in the HSPN group was higher than that in the HSP group and the healthy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,there was no significant difference in VEGF level between the HSPN group and the HSP group(P>0.05).Before treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumour necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the HSPN group were higher than those in the HSP group and the healthy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αbetween the HSPN group and the HSP group(P>0.05).Before treatment,the level of B cell activating factor be longing to the TNF family(BAFF)in the HSPN group was lower than that in the HSP group and the healthy group,the level of a proliferation inducing ligand(APRIL)in the healthy group was lower than that in the HSPN group and the HSP group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in BAFF level between the HSP group and the healthy group(P>0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in APRIL level between the HSPN group and the HSP group(P>0.05);after treatment,there were no significant differences in BAFF and APRIL levels be
