摘要
目的分析联合中医辩证及西医对过敏性紫癜患儿的疗效及对IL-6、IL-8、IL-12与IL-18的影响。方法采用分层抽样法抽选2018年1月至2019年11月我院收治的78例过敏性紫癜患儿纳入本次实验,并用均等双盲划分法将其中39例纳入对照组(予以西医治疗),剩余39例纳入观察组(于对照组基础上加以中医辨证治疗),统计并比较两组的总有效率与治疗前后的IL-6、IL-8、IL-12及IL-18水平。结果观察组的总有效率比对照组更高(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的IL-18、IL-12、IL-8及IL-6水平差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的各项指标水平比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论联合中医辩证及西医对过敏性紫癜患儿疗效显著,能降低其血清促炎介质水平,值得采用。
Objective To analyze the effects of TCM syndrome differentiation plus western medicine on serum interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-12(IL-12)and interleukin-18(IL-18)of anaphylactoid purpura children.Methods Through stratified sampling method,78 anaphylactoid purpura children treated from January 2018 to November 2019 in our hospital were selected.Children were assigned to control group(n=39)and observation group(n=39)according to double-blind method.The control group took western medicine.The observation group took western medicine and TCM syndrome differentiation.Total effective rate and serum IL-6,IL-8,IL-12 and IL-18 levels were counted.Results Total effective rate in the observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,serum IL-6,IL-8,IL-12 and IL-18 levels between groups there were no statistical significantly differences(P>0.05).After treatment,related indicators in the observation group were lower than control group and there were statistical significantly differences(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation combined with western medicine have obvious effects in anaphylactoid purpura children,which can reduce serum proinflammatory mediators.It is worthy of application.
