工科专硕培养中践行“用”字当先理念的探讨——以环境工程为例 被引量:5

摘要 以“用”为核心培养环境工程专硕人才是国家对工科高端应用型人才的战略需求,是环境工程行业对人才实践能力的切实需要。然而,高等院校在工科专硕培养中普遍存在忽略“用”字当先的误区。环境工程专硕培养中践行“用”字当先理念需要构建以服务地方为特色的培养理念,推行多元融合、实践互动的课程学习模式,实施选题、指导、考核全流程优化的科学研究体系。 The cultivation of postgraduates in environmental engineering major with “use”as the core is the strategic demand of the country for high-end applied talents in engineering and the practical need of the environmental engineering industry for talents’ practical ability. However,there is a common misunderstanding that“use”is first in the training of engineering postgraduates in universities. To practice the concept of “use”as first in the cultivation of environmental engineering postgraduates,we need to build a training concept characterized by serving the local area,promote the curriculum learning mode of multiple integration and practice interaction,and implement a scientific research system that optimizes the whole process of topic selection,guidance and assessment.
