摘要
上海工程技术大学服装设计与工程专业紧贴服装产业的特点和业态发展,对标国际教育标准,提出“以工为本、产出导向、多向融合”的教育理念,通过学科交叉、工程技术交互、专业职业融合的方式,构筑“工程+”复合应用型人才培养体系。以教学资源整合为抓手,结合校企联动、教科联动、国际联动,整合平台指导层、平台运作层、平台资源层、平台产出层等资源,形成对接产业需求的“工程+”四平台、三联动复合应用型创新人才培养机制。从学科、技术、职业3个维度扩展服装工程的知识模块,强化实践能力和提升职业素养,构建从兴趣班、强化班、工程实践、职业培训、项目制到企业实习、毕业设计、创新创业的梯度式实践教学体系。对标国际工程教育标准,强调以产出为导向,细化各教学课程和环节的质量标准,健全教学质量监控与评价机制,建立人才培养持续改进的闭环“工程+”复合应用型人才培养质量体系。
The fashion design and engineering major of Shanghai University of Engineering Science is closely related to the characteristics and development of the fashion industry.In line with international education standards,the education concept of"work-oriented,output-oriented,multi-directional integration"is put forward,and the"engineering+"compound and practical talents cultivation system is constructed by means of interdisciplinary,engineering and technology interaction,and professional and vocational integration.With the integration of teaching resources as the starting point,the platform guidance layer,the platform operation layer,the platform resource layer,the platform output layer and other resources are integrated in combination with the university-enterprise linkage,teaching and science linkage and international linkage,and an"engineering+"four-platform,three-linkage compound and practical talent cultivation mechanism will be formed to meet industrial needs.We expand the knowledge modules of apparel engineering from the three dimensions of discipline,technology,and occupation,strengthen practical ability and improve professional quality,and build gradient practical teaching system from interest classes,intensive classes,engineering practice,vocational training,project system to corporate internships,graduation design,innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on the international engineering education standards,we have adopted a series of measures such as emphasizing the output,refining the quality standards of each teaching course and link,perfecting the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation mechanism,and establishing a closed-loop"Engineering+"with continuous improvement for compound and practical talents cultivation quality system.
