摘要
葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业人才培养模式对推动专业发展和产业进步至关重要,人才培养要满足社会和产业的需求,而高校与企业产学合作协同育人是服务产业需求、提高高校大学生素质与能力的重要举措。从提高葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业的社会适应性出发,通过对“产学合作协同育人”背景下的人才培养方案、实践教学平台、创新创业教育培养体系和师资技能提升等方面内容和实施举措的探讨,将切实提高葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业人才的实践和创新能力,为山西乃至全国葡萄酒产业的发展提供人才支撑。
The training mode of viticulture and enology is very important to the promotion of professional development and industrial progress.The talent training should meet the needs of the society and the industry,while the university-industry collaborative education is an important measure to serve industry demand,and improve the quality and ability of college students.From the perspective of improving the social adaptability of viticulture and enology,the discussion on content and implementation measures would effectively improve the practice and innovation ability of viticulture and enology talents,including the talent training programs,the practice teaching platform,innovation and entrepreneurship education system,and improvement of teacher skills.Thus,it would provide talent support for the development of shanxi and even the whole country's wine industry in the future.
