旅游者对旅游地多元危机信息传播主体的响应 被引量:2

摘要 建构旅游地危机信息传播主体对旅游者安全感知、旅游意愿和安全信息搜索行为的影响模型,并检验危机类型和Plog人格特质在旅游者危机响应过程中的交互效应。基于情景实验与问卷调查相结合的方法,研究发现:1.旅游者在政府和旅游者传播下的安全感知和旅游意愿显著高于企业传播,在企业和旅游者传播下的安全信息搜索行为显著高于政府传播;2.自然危机情境下旅游者安全感知和旅游意愿显著高于人为危机情境,自然危机情境下旅游者安全信息搜索行为显著低于人为危机情境;3.多中心型旅游者的安全感知和旅游意愿显著高于中间型和自我中心型,且多中心型和自我中心型旅游者的安全信息搜索行为显著高于中间型。验证了危机类型和Plog人格特质在“传播主体→安全感知”和“传播主体→旅游意愿”关系结构中的调节效应。 This paper explored the effects of destination crisis communication source on tourists’response as well as the moderating roles of crisis types and Plog’personality.Based on the method of the situational experiment and questionnaire survey,it is found that:(1)tourists’safety perception and travel intention under the communication of government and tourists are significantly higher than those of enterprises,and the safety information seeking behavior under the communication of enterprises and tourists is significantly higher than that of government;(2)tourists’safety perception and travel intention under natural crisis are significantly higher than those of man-made crisis,and the safety information seeking behavior under natural crisis is significantly lower than that of man-made crisis;(3)the safety perception and travel intention of the polycentric tourists are significantly higher than that of the intermediate and egocentric tourists,and the safety information seeking behavior of the polycentric and intermediate tourists is significantly higher than that of the egocentric tourists.Moreover,it verified the moderating effect of crisis type and Plog personality in the relationship structure of“communication source→safety perception”and“communication source→travel intention”.
