摘要
气体绝缘金属全封闭组合电器(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)在生产、运输、安装过程中,其内部可能存在缺陷引起局部场强畸变,从而导致绝缘介质范围内气体放电或击穿。为了研究GIS盆式绝缘子缺陷对其电场分布的影响,本文以252 kV GIS母线腔体为对象,结合三维制图软件SolidWorks和有限元分析软件Comsol建立了GIS的仿真计算模型。仿真分析了悬浮颗粒粒径、圆柱气隙缺陷高度、沿面裂纹长度对盆式绝缘子电场分布的影响。研究结果表明:当悬浮金属颗粒粒径1 mm≤D≤2 mm时,粒径越大,悬浮颗粒缺陷附近的最大电场强度越高且呈M型分布,位于凹侧的悬浮金属颗粒比凸侧颗粒对盆式绝缘子场强的影响大;当气隙缺陷的高度2 mm≤h≤4 mm时,气隙高度增大,缺陷附近的最大场强减小,但下降幅度小于3%,且电场分布呈“兔耳”形状;当沿面裂纹缺陷的长度5 mm≤l≤9 mm时,裂纹长度增加,缺陷附近的最大电场强度降低,且电场分布呈Z字型。总体来说,上述3种典型缺陷中,盆式绝缘子两侧的悬浮金属颗粒引发的局部电场畸变程度最大。文中研究结果可为GIS盆式绝缘子典型缺陷故障类型的诊断提供参考。
Gas insulated switchgear(GIS)may have partial distortion of field strength inside during production,trans⁃portation,and installation period,thereby causing gas discharge or breakdown in the range of the insulating medium.In order to study the influence of the defect of GIS insulating spacer on its electric field distribution,the 252 kV GIS bus proper is taken as the object,the simulation calculation model of GIS is set up in combination with 3D mapping software SolidWorks and the finite element analysis software Comsol.The influence of suspended particle size,defect height of cylindrical gap and creeping crack length on the electric field distribution of the insulating spacer is simulat⁃ed and analyzed.The results show that when the particle size of suspended metal particles is 1 mm≤D≤2 mm,the larger the particle size is,the higher the maximum electric field strength near the defects of suspended particles is and shows M⁃shaped distribution.The suspended metal particles on the concave side are more important than the convex side particles.In case of the height of the air gap defect is 2 mm≤h≤4 mm,the gap height increases,the maxi⁃mum field strength near the defect decreases,but the decrease amplitude is less than 3%and the electric field distri⁃bution is“rabbit ear”shape.When the length of the crack defect along the surface is 5 mm≤l≤9 mm,the length of the crack increases,the maximum electric field strength near the defect decreases and the electric field distribution is zigzag.In general,among the above three typical defects,the local electric field distortion induced by the suspend⁃ed metal particles on both sides of the insulating spacer is the largest.The research results in this paper can provide a reference for the diagnosis of typical defects of GIS insulating pacer。
