摘要
全封闭组合电器设备作为一种当今现场广为使用的电气设备,常因导体接触不良等故障,导致其温度不断上升,从而引发事故发生。文中对GIS中盆式绝缘子导体热点分布情况进行分析,将荧光光纤温度传感器植入盆式绝缘子内部,直接测量导体温度。并对内置光纤传感系统的电场分布和加入光纤系统后的电场分布进行了分析并通过实验验证,明确使用光纤传感系统的安全性。并通过GIS温升试验对比光纤测温与内置热电偶测温,说明光纤测温的有效性。
Such fault as weak contact of conductor of Gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear(GIS),a widely used electrical equipment presently,will lead to continuous increase of its temperature due to weak contact of conductor,thus causing occurrence of fault.In this paper,the hot spot distribution of conductor of the spacer insulator in GIS is analyzed,and the fluorescent fiber temperature sensor is embedded inside the spacer insulator to measure tempera-ture of conductor directly.The electric field distribution of the embedded optical fiber sensing system and that after adding optical fiber system is analyzed and verified by experiment,defining the safety on the use of optical fiber sens-ing system.The temperature measurement by the optical fiber and the embedded thermal couple is compared with the temperature rise test of GIS to show the effectiveness of optical fiber temperature measurement.
