摘要
车载电缆终端作为高速列车能量传输的重要枢纽,探明气隙缺陷对电缆终端电场、热场分布影响有重要意义。基于电磁场理论和热传导理论,建立了正常电缆终端、含气隙缺陷电缆终端电-热场耦合有限元模型,研究了内部气隙缺陷作用下电场、热场的分布规律。研究发现,正常电缆终端内部存在电场畸变,气隙缺陷的存在会加强电场畸变程度,并使内部电场强度增大;正常电缆终端内部温度从缆芯至伞裙沿径向逐渐降低,伞裙外表面温度接近环境温度,气隙缺陷作用下内部温度分布发生畸变,缺陷及其周围温度较高,表面温升增大。仿真结果为车载电缆终端内部缺陷检测提供了理论支撑,对高速列车安全稳定运行具有工程意义。
The vehicle cable terminal is an important hub for energy transmission of high-speed trains.It is of great significance to find out the influence of air gap defects on the distribution of electric and thermal fields of cable terminals.Based on electromagnetic field theory and heat conduction theory,the coupled finite element models of electric and thermal fields of normal cable terminals and cable terminals with air gap defects are established,and the distribution laws of electric and thermal fields under the action of internal air gap defects are studied.It is found that there is electric field distortion inside the normal cable terminal,and the existence of air gap defects will strengthen the degree of electric field distortion and increase the internal electric field strength.The simulation results provide theoretical support for the detection of internal defects of on-board cable terminals,and have engineering significance for the safe and stable operation of high-speed trains.
