摘要
随着新一轮科技革命的不断深入和数字化技术的广泛应用,汽车智能化和网联化正在快速发展,行业对高素质人才的需求也更加急迫。本文结合“1+X”证书制度研究智能网联汽车专业书证融通发展现状,探讨基于岗位能力的人才培养方法和途径。
With the continuous deepening of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and the wide application of digital technology,automotive intelligence and networking are developing rapidly,and the demand for high-quality talents in the industry is more urgent.Combined with the “1 + X” certificate system,this paper studies the development status of course certificate integration of intelligent networked automobile specialty,and discusses the ways of talent training based on post ability.
