摘要
东南亚国家联盟(以下简称东盟)自1967年成立以来,今年将走过55年的发展历程。在这半个多世纪的发展历程中,东盟无论是在自身的一体化建设方面,还是在主导东亚区域合作方面都取得了举世瞩目的成就,其中,东盟的对外政策发挥了重要作用。当今世界正经历百年未有之大变局,加之新冠肺炎疫情全球蔓延,东盟的发展及其对外关系也面临国际和地区格局变化所带来的严峻挑战。
Since the establishment of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations(ASEAN) in 1967, it has gone through 55 years of development. For more than half a century, ASEAN has made remarkable achievements in both its own integration and its leading role in regional cooperation in East Asia. In this process, ASEAN’s foreign policy has played an important role. However, under the complex background of the unprecedented changes in Southeast Asia and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, ASEAN’s development and its foreign relations are facing severe challenges brought about by the new international and regional patterns.
