应急语言能力视角下高校翻译教学的多维思考

摘要 培养应急语言翻译人才是加快构建我国应急对外话语体系的重要环节。该文从应急语言能力视角出发,探究现有高校在应急语言翻译教学方面存在的不足,并依此提出建议,各高校宜依据自身地域发展条件及校本特色,对本地应急语言服务行业及社会需求进行评估,重构教学目标;从笔译、口译、百科知识和翻译从业教育四个模块对教学内容进行拓展,强调发展语言能力与非语言能力并重;充分落实课内语言、课内非语言和课外教学实践,助力高质量应急语言翻译人才梯队建设。 Cultivating emergency language translators and interpreters is an important link to speed up the construction of our country's national emergency discourse system.This paper,from the perspective of emergency language competence,explores the shortcomings in existing emergency translation and interpreting education of colleges and universities.We put forward suggestions accordingly:each college should,according to its own regional development conditions and school-based characteristics,evaluate the demands of local emergency language service industries and society and reconstruct its teaching objectives.Each college should enrich the teaching contents from the four modules of translation,interpreting,encyclopedic knowledge,and professional education,emphasizing the development of linguistic skills and non-linguistic skills,fully implement in-class language,in-class non-language and extra-curricular practice,so as to help build high-quality emergency language translation and interpreting talent team.
