摘要
基于星河雅宝项目4-1栋塔楼,针对其核心筒穿梭梯剪力墙收缩,阐述了爬模体系施工过程中的拆改技术,并通过其安全性计算,有效解决了剪力墙在收缩过程中造成的人员通行、材料运输、爬模架体拆改等方面的问题,介绍了设计、安装、拆除以及计算等方面的内容。
Based on Tower 4-1 of Xinghe Yabao Project, this paper describes a demolition and modification technology in the construction process of climbing mold system in view of the core cylinder shuttle ladder shear wall shrinkage. Through the safety calculation, it effectively solves the difficulties in personnel passage, material transportation, and the removal and reform of the climbing mold frame caused by the shear wall shrinkage process, and introduces the design, installation, removal and calculation.
