摘要
杭州宝龙超高层项目异形核心筒工程采用液压爬模体系施工。详细介绍液压爬模爬升原理和施工流程,对爬模预埋件预埋方式进行改进;同时,将布料机与爬模系统有效结合在一起,对其工作原理,钢平台设计、验算、安装与拆卸等问题进行阐述,介绍爬模-布料机一体化施工技术。
Hangzhou Baolong super high-rise project special-shaped core tube project adopts the hydraulic climbing formwork system construction.The climbing principle and construction process of hydraulic climbing formwork are introduced in detail.At the same time,combining the cloth machine with climbing system effectively together,its working principle,steel platform design,checking calculation,installation and disassembly and other issues are expounded,to achieve the climbing formwork and material spreader integration construction.
